Global Brigades Mount Allison 2010

The 2010 Global Brigades team at Mount Allison is gearing up for their second brigade in Honduras. After much anticipation the bags are packed and we are ready to go !

We will be leaving tomorrow, February 18th and returning February 28th. We will be departing from Halifax flying to Newark for an overnight, followed by a flight the next morning to Houston and then Houston to San Pedro Sula. After arriving in San Pedro Sula we will drive through to Tegucigalpa, the country's capital, for a short stop and then to our final destination La Hacienda Rapaco. From there we will go each day to various brigade sites for both our public health work and medical/dental clinics.

Family and friends are encouraged to follow the blog throughout the week for updates. We hope to have internet access every few days and will post as much as possible.

Thank you to everyone who has been involved in helping to make the brigade possible. We are extremely excited to get to Honduras and begin working!
